With over a decade of experience curating extraordinary celebrations, she specializes in crafting bespoke, high-touch weddings that reflect her clients’ unique love stories with sophistication and intention.
In 2012, Lauren launched Lauren O & Co., a firm dedicated to redefining luxury by ensuring that all couples—especially those historically underrepresented in high-end wedding spaces—receive the elevated, deeply personal experience they deserve. Her dedication to excellence and inclusivity has earned her national recognition, with features in Martha Stewart Weddings, Style Me Pretty, and other leading publications.
As a respected industry educator and mentor, Lauren is the Director of Education for the North Carolina WIPA chapter, an educator for Refine for Wedding Planners, and a WeddingPro Mentor.
