Planning & Coordination is for the couple that has most of the details worked out but still desires the guidance of a professional wedding planner.

We first meet to go over the details and analyze the budget and then we draft a detailed timeline and highlight important planning milestones. This package is highly customizable as we build in 10 hours of planning time for you to use at your discretion. From additional support with design to vendor meetings and communication, the hours are yours to use as needed.

  • Email and telephone communication during our office hours
  • Kick-off call to jump-start the planning process
  • Initial budget and planning meeting, to take place within 30 days of our kick off call
  • Budget creation, tracking, and management
  • Organization of files and information, including prepared check-lists, spreadsheets, contracts, notes, and other files
  • Customized timeline and event flow to ensure the wedding runs smoothly, updated throughout the process
  • Vendor research, review, and recommendations, based on budget and style
  • Vendor payment management and scheduling
  • Meetings equivalent to half the months of planning, to be held in-person or virtually
  • Communication and organization of vendors beginning at the six-month mark
  • 10 hours of planning time to be used at your discretion
  • Assistance with finalizing your seating chart and basic table layouts
  • Etiquette support throughout the process, assisting you in managing tricky scenarios
