Summer Wedding Colors

Stumped on a color theme for your big day? Wedding season is in full swing with many dates falling between May and September when the sun is shining and the air is treating us right! The flowers are in full bloom, lending themselves to stunning arrangements and bouquets. Our 2017 brides are busy working at their wedding checklist with different stages of planning. When the details start to get pinned down, your theme can often determine what colors are going to be the focal point when it all comes together. What are some summer wedding colors & combinations we can expect to see?

Greenery & Peach

Pantone’s Color of the Year, Greenery, is making it’s way into table runners, centerpieces, elaborate hanging focal pieces and so much more. Paired with soft peach details brings an organic feel and compliments one another perfectly through florals and other decor.

 

Navy & Gold

Opposite colors attract in the rich pairing of deep navy with metallic gold. Small details and table settings are the perfect way to incorporate your color scheme. Look for unexpected items like letters and geometric candle holders for a unique juxtaposition to your navy linens. Your bridal party will look stunning in navy gowns accented with a pop of orange-gold flowers in their bouquets!

Blush & Marsala

We just swoon when we see a soft blush shade matched with a bold marsala. Pinks are always a wonderful color to choose for a wedding and gain a whole new dimension when side by side with the deep, richness of marsala accents in florals, accessories, and our favorite, cake! There are so many ways to add pops of the perfect summer wedding colors!

Fuschia & Silver

Bright colors are always fitting for summer weddings outdoor! Match your bubbly personality with a bright color and don’t be afraid to be daring! These bridesmaids dresses were absolutely gorgeous and every girl and balanced the groomsmen wearing crisp, silver-gray suits. When the men held the bouquets we just loved how the color fuschia played off the neutrals and allowed the entire color scheme to balance and pop!
